A cancellation fee will be charged
for withdrawing 5 working days before commencement
of classes. A $100 Administration fee is payable and the remaining balance of the fee paid will be refunded.
If you wish to terminate your studies before the completion of your course you must notify AIWT in writing. NO REFUND will be given. FUll fee will incur.
If you decide later that you would like to continue with the uncompleted course you did earlier, it will attract a FULL FEE in the new course.
You may defer your course for six months. Once the deferment date is due, you are expected to continue with your studies.
The duration of your course is as discussed with your facilitator. In the event that you do not complete your course in time, your course will be CANCELLED. No refund will be given. To seek an extension, you must contact AIWT before the due date. An additional fee of $100 may be charged. AIWT reservces the right to refuse an extension in its absolute discretion.
NON-attendance will incur the full course cost.
Course transfer can be arranged only when five working days notice is given prior to the commencement date.
No refund will be given once classes
have commenced.
Protection of fees in advance
AIWT holds current membership with ACPET, an approved Tuition Assurance Scheme (TAS). It protects student fees paid in advance by providing assurance that the student's chosen course or a comparable course will be provided by an alternative member of the scheme, at no additional cost, in the event that AIWT is unable to continue to provide the course.
