Recognition of Prior Learning and Recognition of Current Competency (RPL/RCC) for TAA

AIWT is committed to acknowledging the value of skills gained through informal and formal learning, as well as previous work experience. To that end, we offer RPL/RCC for those wishing to be exempted from their units. If this is applicable, students are required to arrange a portfolio containing evidence of past experiences. Evidence can include:

All of this evidence will be assessed by our training staff, and students will also be required to complete an RPL/RCC skills book. After this book is completed, students will be informed of their assessment status, and will be required to complete any units that did not meet the required level of competency.
